Well, the Felicity Wishes fairy cross-stitch that I’ve been working on for two years is finally complete, framed and is hanging on my wall in my craft room along with all the Felicity Wishes prints that I bought long ago in university. Â Now the wall is complete! Â It’s so exciting to finish a project you’ve been working on for that long!
I love vacation days! Â Gives you some time to just mess around with supplies and hopefully come out with good products!
I’ve made some more cards that I’ve posted below. Â These use the followning Stampin’ Up sets: Funky Four, Buttons Buttons, Sweet Summer and Valentine Defined. Â I can’t wait to see what else I can do with these ones!
Well, my massive Stampin Up order just arrived. I’m sorting through everything now. There’s a lot of stuff to play with! I’m getting excited! Hopefully this means that there will be stuff to put on this site pretty soon. I’ve been spending a bunch of time getting some knitting and cross-stitching done but I’ll change that pretty soon!
I have finished all my current orders. Now I’m going to start with the fun stuff! I’m thinking robots and monsters!! The big order is coming tomorrow and I can’t wait!
I worked for almost 5 hours last night and managed to complete another 10 cards! Â Now some were just duplicates of cards I’ve already posted because I’m trying to start to fill some orders but below are some slightly different ones. Â I’m just playing around with paper and different ribbon/buttons. Â I really need to get some new stamps though! Â Very glad that my Stampin’ Up order (the big one) is coming next week!!
Well, in the middle of making all of these cards, I’m also working on half a dozen other crafting projects! I’m knitting two different scarves for other people and one for myself. I’m also trying to learn how to knit a hat! I’m cross-stitching a Reiki symbol design that I created for a friend. Finally, I’m participating in a charity cross-stitch quilt exercise, based on old school video games and a couple new ones as well! I need to cross-stitch two 6″x6″ squares for that. I’ve created the pattern for one (Mario!!) but I still need some inspiration for the second one! It’s going to be a busy year!
As I start to finish some of these crafts, I’ll post them as well. I should have some new card designs finished by the weekend and I’ll put them up when I do! Â Right now I’m just trying to fill the Valentine’s card orders before the big day hits and then I’m on to the birthday card orders. Â I have over 20 cards to make for people of just the designs that I’ve already posted! Â 🙂 Â Since I managed to get some more great paper last night, I am good to go!
